The Handytaper offers the ability to package low to medium volume of SMD components, up to 600-800 components per hour. The fully programmable micro-processor controlled system gives the operator the ability to set the size of the cavity, number of components to be taped, speed of transport etc. The integral Pick and Place unit allows for trouble free placement of components into the tape. The unique "cold seal" method of sealing the cover tape needs no heat, or additional glues. The Handytaper offers a quick and reliable method of taping your SMD components ready for automatic placement.
