KFC
Company was formed in 1983, initially to hire out mechanical and electronic
parts counting machines to Industry for stocktaking purposes.
With the rapid advance in technology, mechanical ratio counting machines
were gradually phased out - to be replaced solely with solid-state electronic
systems.
As
the latest systems were hired out to Industry for stocktaking purposes,
comparisons could be made between the hired and in-house parts counting
machines - This led to sales and service becoming an integral part of
the business.
Technology
is continually advancing, therefore KFC Company will be updating this
site - giving you the latest electronic parts counting and surface mount
count systems on offer. We are also prepared to offer assistance with
turnkey projects, should your Company be looking to completely re-design
your stores areas, enabling more in-house operations, for example, taping
and reeling your own surface mount products - keeping a tighter control
over picking for your assembly lines and shipping / receiving products.

Taping & Reeling System
This
fully programmable micro-processor controlled taping and reeling system/
handytaper offers the ability to package low to medium volume of SMD
components: 600 - 800 components per hour
By
having this system in-house, you will eliminate the cost of contracting
out and possible damage/loss of components.
